As previously mentioned the Kilohana is not an organisation that stands to the exclusion of any martial art, nor does it attempt to promote one art above another. Incorporating schools diverse in Wing-Chun, Judo (sport as well as Jigoro Kano's), Ju-Jitsu, Shotokan Karate, Goju-Ryu Karate, Wado-Ryu Karate, Muy Thai, Aikido, Tai-Chi, Kempo, Sambo, Escrima, Kali, Tae-Kwan Do, Kenjutsu, Iaido, Lua (to name a few), the Kilohana focuses on the martial attitude of striving for perfection. Through passing on these great traditions we become a part of something much greater than ourselves, and honour those instructors who made it possible for us to study those same traditions.

At present we are expanding rapidly, and have membership across the United States, Britain and Europe. However, it is not the quantity of members that marks the Kilohana as an exceptional conglomeration of practitioners. The quality of the instructors and their dedication to the purity of their individual arts, combined with the Kilohana's strict adherence to remain non-profit, enables it to remain focused on the most important aspect of the martial arts the martial arts themselves. |
